THE AQUAVENTURERS DIVING CLUB

Welcome to the Aquaventurers Diving Club

Our aim is to have fun, both in and out of the water.

The Club was formed in late 2005 to enable qualified Divers to meet up and get diving.  We realised that once divers have gained their Open Water or Advanced diving qualifications, they may only get the chance to dive when on holiday abroad due to having no buddy or lack of diving equipment.  This means they are missing out on some fabulous fun diving here at home. 

There is no membership fee as the members run the club, but we must stress that it is strongly recommend that you have Third Party Insurance (see below for further details). We hold monthly meetings at Aquaventurers Dive centre in Liverpool.

Diving - That’s what the Aquaventurers Club's all about - getting in the water and having lots of Diving fun.  Watch this space for upcoming local, UK and some further afield trips being planned for 2008.

Buddies - If you're short of a buddy you can browse the Buddy page and leave a message on the board to link up with other like minded divers to find a buddy for a dive.

Equipment – If you're short of equipment  Rob at aquaventurers has a small number of club items, or call in the Dive centre and browse around if you want to buy your own kit. You should find all your needs under the one roof at very competetive prices.

Insurance - As a competent diver you should be getting Third Party Liability Insurance along with an annual Diving Holiday insurance.  Diving is fun but we must be prepared should the worst happen. See our Insurance section for some low down and links on the subject.

Social Events - We have held a couple of social event so far which have been great nights out (although we think our singing isn’t as good as our diving!) check out the photos on the gallary.  We are at present organising other events for later in the year. Watch this space.
